Onboarding Process for TICI Policyholders

1. Complete policyholder online form

2. Review and sign contract

3. The Compliance Department reviews your application

4. The Compliance Department may need to clarify aspects of your application and will reach out to you directly if necessary

5. Complete policyholder sub merchant online form(s) 

6. Compliance Department reviews your sub merchant application(s) 

7. The Compliance Department may need to clarify aspects of your sub merchant application(s) and will reach out to you directly if necessary

To begin the process of using the TMU Management Ltd. Infinity platform you complete the TMU online application form. Please note that there are three separate application forms:

  • One application form is specific to Travel Merchants in need of Financial Failure Insurance (FFI); and
  • Two application forms which are to be completed by Service Providers only (such as Acquirers in need of a Travel Insolvency Chargeback Insurance (TICI) policy. 

During onboarding, you will be asked to provide information so we can review whether your business is suitable for our solution. We will request scanned copies, and it is not necessary to submit any original documents or forms of identification. 

Provided you possess the required information and documentation, your online application should take no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete. If you need more time to find and attach the documentation required, you can save your application at any point and resume later.
